Refund Policy

Our services involve professional time, preparation, digital work and, in some cases, payments to registries, government bodies or third-party providers. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage of the work.

• If you request cancellation before substantive work begins and before any third-party or government fee is paid, we will review the request and refund any amount not yet earned or committed.
• Once work has started, time already spent and completed deliverables are non-refundable.
• Government filing fees, registry charges, registered-agent fees, domain fees, app subscriptions, platform charges, trademark-office fees and other third-party costs are non-refundable once paid or committed.
• Completed digital services, including delivered designs, development work, setup work, documents and filing preparation, are generally non-refundable after delivery.
• If we are unable to provide a paid service due solely to our own inability to perform the agreed scope, we will assess a full or partial refund for the unperformed portion.
• A refusal, rejection, delay or additional requirement imposed by a government agency, bank, payment processor, trademark office, Shopify or another third party does not by itself create a right to a refund for work already performed.

To request a refund review, contact us through the website or WhatsApp and provide your name, service, date of purchase and reason for the request.

Privacy Policy

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, contact details, business information, service requirements and documents reasonably needed to perform requested services. Shopify and other service providers may also process technical, payment and device information under their own privacy terms.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide services, verify client information where appropriate, communicate about projects, maintain records, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

Where necessary to deliver a service, information may be shared with relevant registries, government bodies, filing agents, professional providers, Shopify, hosting/technology providers, payment processors or other vendors. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for the requested service or legal compliance.

We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal, tax, dispute, compliance and security purposes. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legal record-retention requirements.

Terms of Service

• You must provide complete, accurate and lawful information and have authority to submit any documents or data you provide.
• A service starts only after the scope, required information and payment arrangements are agreed.
• Quotes may exclude government fees, taxes, subscriptions, registered-agent fees, postage and other third-party charges unless expressly stated.
• Timelines are estimates unless a written agreement expressly guarantees a specific delivery date. Third-party processing times are outside our control.
• You are responsible for reviewing names, addresses, ownership details, trademark details, store content and other information before submission or publication.
• You may not use our services for fraud, deception, sanctions evasion, prohibited goods, infringement, unlawful activity or misleading identity/business information.
• We may suspend or refuse work where required information is missing, risk or compliance concerns arise, or the request appears unlawful or inconsistent with third-party platform rules.
• Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property in custom design/development deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, excluding third-party themes, apps, fonts, code libraries, stock assets and pre-existing tools subject to their own licences.

Digital Service Delivery Policy

Our services are generally delivered electronically. Company or trademark-related documents may be provided by email or secure digital means; Shopify work may be performed within a client-authorized store; and consultations or project updates may be provided by messaging, email or other agreed channels.

Delivery timing depends on the selected service, your responsiveness, document quality, government or third-party processing and any requested revisions. We will communicate material changes to the expected scope or timeline where reasonably possible.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation at any time. If work has not started and no external cost has been incurred, the request will normally be eligible for a refund review. If work has begun, you remain responsible for work completed and non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation point. Where a project is paused because requested information is not supplied, we may close the project after reasonable attempts to obtain what is needed.

Cookies & Analytics Policy

This Shopify website may use cookies and similar technologies required for storefront operation, security, preferences, analytics, marketing attribution and third-party integrations. Shopify, apps and connected services may set their own cookies. Where consent is legally required, configure Shopify's customer privacy/cookie controls for the markets you serve before launch.

Client Verification, KYC & Compliance Policy

For company-formation, filing or other services that reasonably require identity or business verification, we may ask for identification, address evidence, ownership information, intended business activity, source information or other supporting documentation. We may refuse or stop a service if required verification is not completed, information appears inconsistent, or applicable law/third-party rules prevent us from proceeding.

Providing documents does not guarantee acceptance by any registry, bank, payment processor, marketplace, trademark office or other third party.
